Don Aiken - GCE Recycling Ltd"I currently run a Doppstadt 510k High Speed and a Doppstadt 3060k Bio-power slow speed for processing approximately 50,000 tonnes of green and food waste per annum, We started using CRJ parts in 2018 after searching for alternative part suppliers due to the need to reduce running costs on our 510k high speed shredder, which was using a set of bear paw hammer teeth in approx 100 shredding hours due to the nature of the materials we are processing, from switching to CRJ's bear paw teeth we have reduced costs dramatically while not skipping on quality, CRJ's shredder teeth have the same wearing time as their genuine counterparts but with a saving of approximately £10 per shredding hour due to the purchase cost saving. We also carried out a mini-rebuilt of our 510k shredder last year, saving over £7000 compared to using genuine parts and have not been disappointed with the quality supplied.
